"We had a rep come out to us about new fascias on our property, gave us a quote (which we accepted) surveyor came out, did the survey, measurements etc... did not bring a ladder to actually inspect the old fascias. The survey resulted in the job being declined as the old fascias apparently go into the installation, which I assume they meant insulation (which it doesn't). I have since provided proof, by getting up a ladder and actually inspecting it and taking photos of it myself. Contacted this branch via email as the letter we received advised is to.Three weeks later several emails later and an email and a phone call to their head office, who said they will prompt the branch to contact or chase this up, still no response. The company has left me no choice but to seek legal advice, as I signed a contract for the job and no valid reason has been given as I provided evidence that what they claim is not true. Disgraceful customer service. I have since received a letter stating our order has been cancelled. We haven't cancelled the order, you have. The reason that was given is not adequate and is false. I have provided proof that the fascias DO NOT go into the "installation" as your letter states. Neither does it go into the insulation. Your customer service is abysmal!"

"Unfortunately I can't give a 0 or a minus. Absolutely appalling service. Tried to get them in to measure and quote for a new door. They have failed to turn up 3 times and no contact from management despite numerous requests. If this is there service trying to get a quote, I dread to think how they are fulfilling orders."

"Worst company I have ever dealt with. We ordered a front door in September last year and were told the installation will be early November. After not hearing from them again at all I chased them around mid November...and chased...and chased...it took week is until.someone finally bothered to get back to us. We were then told the installation was cancelled a few weeks ago which we were unaware of. After some investigation on Anglican's site we were told they can manufacture the door after all and it will be installed in late January. January came and went and after chasing them for weeks yet again we were told they can't manufacture the door. The wirst "customer service" I have ever experienced....I wouldn't even call it customer service as they didn't provide a service. Stay away from Anglian, they don't care about their customers!!!! By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Would give no stars if I could! Unbelievable!!!!"

"This company is an RIP off. Do not buy from there. First the fit an wrong door ( not as per request), they badly fitted ( hard to open and close), they did not fit the right barrel (verbally communicate to us during fitment) but after 3 week nobody contacts us to come to replace. But of course we did have to paid all when fitting. How it work in this company ? Why you don’t respect customer and you ignore email / phone. Please avoid this company. The prices was not worse the trouble. £1200 for an composite door by the way."
