Arctek Residential Architects

"We can’t recommend Manny enough. We had a double-storey extension, and he was incredible from start to finish: always professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in our project. We faced a few challenges along the way, but Manny made the process smooth and stress-free. The service you get for the fee is outstanding: he goes above and beyond his role, providing not just architectural expertise but true peace of mind that you’re in excellent hands. We will be recommending him to anyone who needs an architect."

"Manny designed a small rear extension for me which great, where he’.went above and beyond was with the after care service. He always was polite and positive and very helpful. He helped me a great deal with issues I had obtaining a Lawful Development Certificate, which he didn’t have to do as I delt with the application myself. Thank very much Manny for all your hard work and patience. I would highly recommend his services."

"I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Singh, and I must say his architectural services were outstanding. I am fully satisfied with the quality of his work, which was delivered in a timely and professional manner. He is not only highly skilled but also very approachable and friendly throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was his commitment to providing solutions and going above and beyond expectations. Unlike others who often disappear after receiving payment, Mr. Singh remained responsive and supportive both before and after the fees were paid. His dedication and professionalism truly set him apart. Highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable and top-quality architectural services."

"Manny helped us design a garage to office conversion and front extension to our new home. He was able to make the most of the layout and add aesthetic features which we would not have thought of since this is our first project of this type. He drew up the plans and submitted them for planning on our behalf. He was also able to put us in contact with builders and building control. He is professional to a tee and always available to respond to questions we had. He worked closely with our builder to ensure that there were no hiccups and the build has run smoothly as a result. Thoroughly recommended!"

"I needed an architect to draw and submit plans for an extension to my house and guide me through the whole journey. I emailed Manny and he called out to see us at the time and date agreed. He was very professional from the off but also very approachable and suggested a few ideas to us. He drew up the plans and after we had made a couple of amendments he submitted them and gained planning approval. The extension is now complete and he has been available all through the process to answer any queries we or our builder has had. If you need an architect definitely call Manny as you will not be disappointed."
