He was kind, professional, courteous and then went the extra mile to help my father find his keys (giving him a bright key ring to make losing them again harder.) He then gave the lock on the front door a quick check and replaced the spare key back in the key safe (which he also checked was working correctly.) A top bloke, cared about his work and looked after my father. A totally professional emergency locksmith, I can't recommend him enough."
