Bloc Architecture

"A very professional, friendly and helpful firm who have worked on two planning permission application projects for me. They have also provided help that I needed following the PP approval. Always very swift to respond, very knowledgable and keen to work together for the best end result. Would definitely recommend - and I would have no hesitation in returning to Bloc for any future work needed."

"Great working with Alan. They design fantastic projects, communicate clearly, and make the building compliance process completely seamless. Highly recommend!"

"I approached Bloc Architecture for a quote for a kitchen extension. Alan was amazing, he came back straight away with his sketches and general advice on the building works. His quote was reasonable. Unfortunately I had to put this project on hold due to the cost, but will definitely use Bloc Architecture if my circumstances change."

"I had an excellent experience working with Bloc Architecture on my café fit-out in Solihull. The unit has very limited space, and I had been struggling for quite some time to come up with a workable layout. Alan completely turned things around. Even though I was out of town and couldn’t attend the site visit, he proactively went to the premises himself to keep everything on schedule. What impressed me most was the efficiency — within just two days of visiting the site, he produced a fit-out plan that solved all the spatial challenges perfectly. The design was practical, well thought through, and maximised every inch of space in a way I hadn’t been able to achieve on my own. Professional, reliable, and incredibly capable — I’m truly grateful for his support and would highly recommend Bloc Architecture to anyone looking for expert architectural services."

"We engaged BLOC Architecture [Alan], to develop our home kitchen extension design and we are very satisfied with his input. From the outset, he showed a clear understanding of our requirements and produced design drawings to match its intended function - assisting through the planning stages and dealing with queries we had leading to the appointment of builders."
