Bob Dilworth Design Ltd

"Working with Dilworth Design was honestly the best decision we made for our project. From the very beginning, Bev and Bob took the time to really listen to what we wanted, not just in terms of how the space should look, but how we actually live and use it day to day. What we appreciated most was how they balanced creativity with practicality. Nothing felt overdesigned or unnecessary, it was all very considered and purposeful. Communication was smooth the whole way through. We never felt out of the loop, and they were always happy to answer questions or talk things through. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The space works beautifully and looks even better than we imagined. I’d happily recommend Dilworth Design to anyone looking for an architect who genuinely cares about quality and getting every detail right."

"Bob and Bev provided a great service and advice all through the process, from initial thoughts to final drawings. Totally recommend!"

"With a huge thank you to Bev and Bob at Dilworth Design. I'll start this review by saying don't make the same mistakes I made. I used someone else for my technical drawings before I went to Dilworth Design. The first company was over ambitious and the plans would never have received LPA backing or council approval. I had now lost confidence and started to speak with other businesses and they had advised me the LPA had now set out the goal posts and were not up for a challenge. It made the job for Dilworth Design harder but Bev exceeded all expectations and was certainly more than up to the task. What I valued the most early on was the initial conversations with Bev advising on the mistakes made by using the first company and the obstacles we now faced. This really did earn my respect and I knew I was now with the right people to take this forward. Soon enough, I was on the right track again and the truth is that every step of the way was met with first-class service. Bev had taken the time to understand what it was that I really required and wanted to achieve with the budget I had in mind. Both Bev and Bob came up with new plans and ideas that had my vote of approval and more importantly, the LPA. What started as a poor experience has been made positive. They have supported me in every step of the way, kept me updated and always responded promptly. It is with the absolute highest accolade that I recommend Dilworth Design."

"I found Bob and Bev easy to work with, visits were at convenient times and the work progressed in a timely fashion. The proof of the pudding is in the digestion, of course; the garage conversion came out even better than I had imagined and I am delighted with my new work space."

"Excellent service from Dilworth Designs. We were complete novices when it came to building work. The team at Dilworth were so helpful in explaining the process and in sharing their experience and recommendations. You are definitely in a safe pair of hands!"
