"It's taken a year you Bryt to bill me since I opened my account. When received it, was a guessed bill based on one meter reading taken when I opened the account last May. So I submitted the new meter reading online - told it was invalid. Called and told I needed to email with a photo of the meter for proof... which I did. A week ago. All I have is an automated email saying my email was received. Bizarre business model."

"waiting to hear back.! fitted a smart meter to our workshop in April! then decided not to send a bill or have any correspondence for 5 months before sending a bill in September.! and the rates they are trying to now charge as its gone out of contract are 600% increase!! this is disgusting! we will be seeing what trading standards and the consumer regulations think of what Bryt Energy are doing to small businesses.!"
