"Outstanding service from CHM Heating. When our old boiler broke down, Craig came out immediately. His quote and thorough system check were paired with a detailed explanation of our options, which was far beyond the service offered by other companies. His expertise was impressive from the start. Amazingly, Craig and his father, Chris, squeezed us into their busy schedule to ensure that we had heating during a cold weekend. They worked non-stop, installing a new combi boiler in another location and it was all seamless. Craig handled everything, including organising the required electrical work and the removal of the old boiler. The entire process was handled with care and great organisation. The work areas were left clean, despite the fact that floorboards had to be taken up and an old hot water cylinder was removed. It's rare to find this level of professionalism and commitment today.
