"We had an extension and created an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area hence floors were not exactly level. We wanted a hard wearing, easily maintained floor. Amtico isn't cheap and we had seen some poorly fitted at a friend's house. During the building renovations we'd had an awful experience with window fitters so we were worried about the expense and potential risk of shoddy workmanship.we looked at a range of products and kept coming back to Amtico.We visited FLR and were very impressed with the showroom and options we were shown. We took the plunge and cannot fault the service and the the final result. Prior to fitting FLR came to measure and check the new concrete floor was dry, we were informed of delivery date and fitting days The fitter had to remove some of the floor because it was unsound, he had curved units to fit around and various other problems. Nothing seemed to be a trouble, work was done in a tidy methodical manner, he advised on the adjustments he would make to "hide" the fact the room wasn't square. A second fitter came to help get the job finished. We were delighted with the result and several months on we are still pleased. We would not hesitate to use FLR again."
