They took £14,000 from my grandparents string them along for 7 months and then went into administration, leaving me completely out of pocket and with no resolution.The manager, Anthony Collier knew wot he was doing all along he is a compulsive liar , which just made the whole situation even more frustrating.please be aware they will open another firm under a different name"

"Similar experience to Ed Brown - had a window fitted by Howard Yarnold, it developed a fault within 6 months. Spent a month trying and failing to get an engineer but they didn't answer the phone or respond to emails - avoid"

"It really saddens me to leave this review. I wanted a more secure front door with two specific security features. They’ve installed a door thats less secure than my old one. I’ve tried to work with them to find a resolution but now they’ve stopped replying to my emails. Two representatives were supposed to visit my property last week but nobody turned up. I’m not sure what else I can do other than advise people to avoid using them."
