Customer Reviews
"It's been a great pleasure to have worked with Kiyani Architecture who produced detailed plans and structural calculations for our Grade II listed loft conversion. Everything needed for Building Control was included — professional and thorough service. Highly Recommended."
"I’ve been using this architect and planning consultant for years and he has always delivered. Reliable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to planning permission and building regulations. He makes the whole process straightforward, from initial design through to planning approval. Communication is clear, timelines are met, and any issues are handled quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for an experienced architect or planning consultant in the UK who consistently gets results, I’d highly recommend his services."
"One of the best in market, I had bad experience in past so finding a good Architecture was very hard for me, Ismail was very easy to talk, always available, listen to your needs and deliver well above your expectation. At one point, i was almost gave up on liverpool city council and he safe the planning application in last minute. Finally our planning application is approved with his support. Hats off to him."
"I had a great experience working with Ismaeel as my architect. He was precise, professional, and incredibly attentive to detail throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and created an efficient design. His communication was clear and consistent, and he was always approachable and responsive to any questions or changes. I would highly recommend Ismaeel to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and skilled architect."
