"Super service from this team for a new boiler - from the initial inspection by Martyn who told us what was required and what they would do followed within a couple of days with a detailed quote. We accepted the quote and then arranged a date for installation with Elaine in their office. The team of Stefan and Mason duly arrived on time and after explaining exactly what they were going to do including the power flush they proceeded. On completion the system was tested and where there were leaking radiator valves these were replaced and Stefan went the extra mile and actually made good the silicon trim around the utility work top. They were very tidy and left the job spick and span. I was very impressed with their work particularly how Stefan has placed the new boiler effectively showing no trace of where the old boiler was. The following day the Hive was fitted (Charlies I think from memory) he arrived promptly and explained what he was going to do and on completion gave me a run down on how to work the Hive Application - he actually set it up for me. On completion of all the work Elaine (the Office Manager) contacted me and told me how I would received various guarantees from Worcester Bosch plus the Gas Safe Certificate. "Our boiler broke down unexpectedly, so we contacted MH Heating Solutions via the Worcester Bosch website and we couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received. Within an hour, Elaine got in touch to discuss a quote and promptly arranged for Martin to visit the very next morning to assess the situation. After receiving a reasonable quote, we agreed to go ahead with the replacement. Everything moved incredibly quickly from there, the boiler and all necessary parts were delivered the following day, and Leon came to install it on the Saturday (all done within 2-3days).
