Mid City Builders

"Persistent squirrel damage to the chimney flashing on my house has been repaired by Mid City builders. They had a new welded flashing prefabricated to fit perfectly around the chimney. Onto this anti vermin spikes were fitted to deter the squirrels from returning. Due to the location on the roof I was unable to inspect the work carried out but Josh and Jake took photos to show what had been done. All looked good. Have to say Josh and Jake are always friendly and informative, additionally they seem to be able to turn their hand to all types of domestic building work."

"We used Mid City Builders to install our kitchen, refurb our ground floor hallway and downstairs toilet. The guys did a fantastic job. Their work is of a really high standard with attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them."

"Needed some work done internally to split a large room into two. After a lot of searching finally found Mid City Builders and I am so glad I did. I felt reassured from first contact with them that they would do a good job. They seemed to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve and their quote was very reasonable. Work was of an excellent standard and they were so clean and tidy, it made it all so less stressful. They really knew their stuff and all of the trades they used were also of a high quality. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely be using them them in the future"

"We recently had Josh and Jake at Mid City complete a single story extension at our home, replacing an old PVC conservatory. Throughout our initial discussions on what we were looking for, demolishing the old and replacing with the new extension, the whole process has been really easy and we couldn’t be happier. The end product is exactly how we pictured, the quality and standard during the renovation and the way disruption was kept to a minimum along with being kept extremely tidy was all things when going through a renovation made it so much easier for our family. We knew of the work that Josh and Jake were capable of and we went disappointed. We would not hesitate in recommending Mid City Builders! Thank you!!"

"Jake and Josh from Mid City Builders replaced our rather defunct conservatory with an extension grade Orangery/Garden room plus a new patio. The outcome has exceeded our expectations! I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. From the start of the process to the end result, they worked with professionalism and competence, being attentive to our needs. Their manner was very respectful, polite and reassuring and inspired complete confidence. Their work ethic was second to none, labouring ceaselessly through several of our summer heatwaves! Every contractor who was involved spoke very highly of them and said how they loved working with them. I was impressed with how they cleaned up along the way and were meticulous in their work. They have clearly been mentored by the best, namely their retired dad Alan who made occasional appearances in an advisory capacity. All in all their approach led to a joyful, stressless project. 1st photo showing before, 2nd and 3rd during and the rest showing the end result."
