They responded very quickly to our initial request for a quote to carry out the work and to provide their availability, The quote was very clear on what the cost to carry out the work included and we felt this cost was very competitive, included the use of good quality materials and gave us the confidence the we had pick the right electrical contractor. The Electrical Engineer (Jamie and his apprentice also Jamie) arrived on time and explained fully what he intended to do and gave us a guide on how long the work would take.
