"February 29, 2025 Promaester Limited 165 Colmore Row Birmingham, B3 3AP England. Dear Tom, I write to you today to express my deep appreciation for your exemplary work and the dedication of your team of builders. They are a credit to the company. Your professional calibre has not gone unnoticed and should be commended. The competence and thoroughness you showed during our project were truly exceptional. The quality of your work, attention to detail, and resilience to meet the timeline are all testament to your hard work and dedication. Your work has not only met our expectations but has overwhelmingly exceeded them. We are heartened and encouraged by your commitment and the outcomes you have delivered as a result. My wife and I would like to express our profound gratitude and look forward to working with you again if we plan to do any more construction work. One of the great assets of your company is the respect you showed for our home and the high standard of cleanliness maintained throughout the project from start to finish. Thank you once again for your impeccable service. Best Regards, Charlie Hussain"

"We are extremely happy with our extension. The guys worked so hard and always polite and respectful. Any questions or minor changes we had they were sorted and with no issues. We highly recommend them."

"I couldn't be happier with the work done by Promaester. From start to finish, they handled every aspect of my extension, including the planning, footings, brickwork, plastering, electrics, plumbing, and roofing. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout, and the team was always professional, reliable, and helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and the final result is fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled building company!"

"The company was recommended to us by chance when we were at a stage of gathering quotes for a simple garage conversion. We noticed a great deal of difference in comparison with other contractors right from the moment of our first communication, as every meeting and phone consultation were kept to schedule. The prices where realistic, but still competitive and made us quickly realise that we could afford having our kitchen refurbished and literally most of our house (porch, hallway, replacement of all the doors, bathroom and obviously the garage conversion, utility room, wet room, living room with a fireplace fitted). Tomek's experience, knowledge of the market and his craft, and absolutely phenomenal communication skills saved us lots of time and money, and most importantly made the dreaded for years perspective of having to renovate the house an experience that we will remember fondly. We can highly recommend the company!!!"
