He quickly diagnosed the issue (it was the fan) and explained everything clearly. As soon as the part arrived, he got it fixed with no hassle at all. "I had an excellent experience with this repair company. Their response time was incredibly fast—I called at 5:10 PM, and they had already scheduled an inspection for the same day by 5:30 PM. Even though it was past their regular working hours, they still charged me the same rate as for work done before 5 PM, which was very fair and kind. The engineer arrived on the same day, quickly identified the cause of the leak, and completed the repair right away. They were extremely efficient and professional throughout the whole process.
