"I have a strong suspicion that a lot of these five star reviews are fake. This company has only been in business for 2 months so it seems implausible that they have so many good reviews in such a short space of time. They initially came to fit an emergency covering on our flat roof that was leaking and we agreed that they'd come back and replace it. When they came back, John told us that we actually needed the entire pitched roof of our whole property replaced and said it was cost about 15k. He put a lot of pressure on us to make a decision there and then and kept saying he had to rush off quickly but that our entire roof was in a really bad state, which made us extremely worried. He was very peristent and put a lot of pressure on us to agree to the works. We panicked and agreed and John left very abruptly, leaving his ladder, some of his materials and a lot of mess in our garden. Later that night we started to feel very suspicious and we contacted John and his boss to ask for everything in writing as well as evidence of the guarantee that the company says it provides. John said he would put this all in writing but he never did. I got back in touch with John a couple of days later to say that we no longer wanted him to do any work on our roof and to ask him to come and get his things. He never responded and never came to collect anything. He has completely ghosted us. Our new contractors have told us that we absolutely do not need an entire new roof and they have also told us that John has damaged some of our tiles."
