"It has taken over a month to fit 2 pieces of glass from the time I ordered them. I waited in 2 days for the engineers to come. The first appointment was between 9am and 1pm, I made numerous calls to be told they were definitely coming and I would get a call back to tell me the eta, this didnt happen. I was told on another call to them at 4.55pm that the engineers wouldn't have time to get to me. The 2nd appointment was for between 12 and 5pm , I did receive a call at 12.30 to say that the engineers wouldn't be coming , however, I had already cancelled appointments to be in . The 3rd appointment was made , now a priority, between 9am and 10am. When the engineer hadn't arrived I called only be told" oh he is probably stuck in traffic or maybe picking up supplies to complete your job" i found this strange as they have had plenty of time to get supplies. Finally they did arrive an hour late. The windows were replaced , took 4 minutes, then approximately 10 minutes to clean due to something stuck on one of them that really didnt want to come off. The invoice was sent promptly via email , it did not include the deposit I had paid. I queried this and the reply asked for when I paid, how much and which method? They did locate my payment and amended the bill. The good news is , as a goodwill gesture they have offered me a 20% discount off my next job !! (I did ask if possible to get it off this job, the reply "no") so, all on all not a good experience. Would I recommend this company ? Maybe not."

"My personal experience was very good. Good communication via email. The initial check incurred no call out charges. Professional engineers in my experience. The final fitting went well and the door is now fixed. The cost was proportional to the parts needed and time taken. They also provided an NHS discount which was nice. Im happy to recommend them indeed."

"We have had continuous issues with our bifold doors since fitting in 2018. Have had a few different Companies out who have adjusted the lock etc and has been effective for the short term. However, Solihull window doctor came out for a free survey and estimate and identified the core issue which was quoted at a similar rate to previous adjustment but required more work. When it came to the job itself Glenn came out was polite and good humoured, obviously loved his work and left site clean and tidy. I couldn’t recommend enough, I’m a very happy customer and will return,"
